- The product must be returned inside its original packaging, complete with all protective inserts and foam to prevent transit damage.
- You must supply a verifiable receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Request a Return
- Securing Authorization: To begin your return, you must first email our support staff at support@wocwsvh.com. If your request meets our criteria, we will reply with an official authorization, detailed shipping instructions, and the correct return facility address.
- Rejected Shipments: Please do not mail any items back to us without securing this prior approval. Unauthorized packages will be refused at our warehouse and will not be eligible for any form of refund.
3. Who Covers Return Shipping?
- When We Make a Mistake: If you receive a piece of furniture that is structurally damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, Wocwsvh will take full responsibility for all return shipping costs.
- When You Change Your Mind: If you decide to return an item due to personal preference or buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of your original checkout are non-refundable.
4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Goods
We strongly urge you to inspect your new furnishings immediately upon delivery. If you discover any faults, damage, or discrepancies, please alert us at support@wocwsvh.com right away. - Issuing Payment: Approved refunds will be automatically routed back to the exact credit card or payment method you used during checkout.
- Processing Speed: Please allow our team up to 10 business days to process the return internally. Following our approval, your bank or credit card issuer may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the funds to your statement.
